- The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Some items, such as personalized or downloadable products, are not eligible for return.

Packaging and Shipping:
- All our products leave Ecuador with the utmost care. We pack them with bubble wrap and take all necessary precautions to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- We use FedEx, a recognized global provider, and trust their ability to deliver products safely. However, errors can occur, and products may be damaged during shipping. If your products arrive damaged due to shipping issues, we will do everything we can to help you.

Return Process:
- To initiate a return, contact us at info@isagarcia.co. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label so you can return the product to us.

Shipping Costs:
- We will cover return shipping costs if the reason for the return is our error (defective or incorrect product, etc.).
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Refunds

Refund Approval:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

- If you haven't received your refund after the estimated time, first check your bank account.
- Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
