Coaching services do not include:

- Therapy sessions in the form of psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, behavioral therapy, or other similar services.
Acknowledgment of the Subjective Nature of Coaching
The client acknowledges that coaching services are subjective and that the methods used by Isa Garcia LLC and its contractors to provide these services may change in style and technique. Isa Garcia LLC and its contractors may use their professional judgment to provide program services to the client, even if such methods do not strictly follow the client’s suggestions.
Client Responsibility and Disclaimer
The client acknowledges that the material provided is for educational purposes. The client also acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the amount and type of results generated by implementing the techniques and advice provided by Isa Garcia LLC and its contractors. The client agrees that Isa Garcia LLC, its employees, and contractors cannot and do not guarantee that the implementation of the services and program will provide an ideal resolution or a perfect life.
The client also agrees that they are solely responsible for any financial, personal, or professional decisions and releases Isa Garcia LLC, its employees, and contractors from any liability regarding such decisions.
No Guarantee of Results
No guarantees are offered regarding client results simply by participating in the services. The client acknowledges that, as with any effort and investment, there is an inherent risk involved. Isa Garcia LLC and its contractors commit to valuing your personal and business information and to keeping such information confidential. However, by purchasing the program, the client agrees that Isa Garcia LLC and its contractors may share the client’s general results as testimonials on the website, social media accounts, and other marketing platforms, within the context in which they were provided and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
COACHING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You declare that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the program you have selected, including its structure, cost, duration, dynamics, payment system, modality, format, and content.
This program is for personal and individual use. Any indication that the program is being used by more than one person will result in its immediate cancellation, with no right to any refund, and without prejudice to the initiation of legal actions for violations of intellectual property regulations.
In consideration of the amounts you commit to pay for the selected program, you will receive a single-user, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license authorizing you to use the materials solely for your personal purposes. Likewise, you agree that Isa Garcia LLC reserves the right to handle appropriately any information or comments containing offensive, racist, discriminatory expressions or, in general, those contrary to good morals.
Force Majeure
In force majeure events, programs may be suspended and rescheduled, seeking that the new dates align with the interests of both parties.
Taxes and Tax Considerations
The prices of our products and services do not include sales taxes or other governmental taxes. Such taxes will be calculated and applied at the time of purchase in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
