Orders within Ecuador:

Your order will be shipped with Grupo Entregas and will arrive at your door within 5 business days. Please ensure you fill in all fields with your shipping information; incomplete or incorrect fields will delay the process by several days.

 

International Orders:

The estimated delivery time is calculated by the international courier based on your exact address. Depending on your location, you can choose your preferred international courier. Once you enter your address, the checkout will display the estimated delivery dates and prices for the available options. You can then select the one that best suits your needs. Once you complete your order, we begin processing and packing it-yay! This takes approximately 3 business days before it is handed over to the courier. Once your order has been processed, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. You can click on your tracking number at any time to check the exact status, estimated delivery date, and location of your order. All the international couriers we work with provide live updates on your order status. You can track your order until it arrives at your doorstep😍.
